Account & Managing Your Plan
Easy. Head into your account dashboard, hit Pause, and we’ll hold your spot until you’re ready to unpause.
Yep! Life (and training) happens. Skip a box any time before the 20th of the month and we’ll simply roll you into the next one.
Log in to your account, click Manage on your subscription and you can update your delivery information there. Just make sure any changes are saved before the 20th of the month so your next box finds you.
We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel anytime by logging in to your account. Just cancel before the 20th of the month and the next box won’t be charged or shipped.
Yes. All skips, pauses, cancellations and address changes must be made before the 20th of each month.
Shipping & Delivery
You’ll be charged straight away for your first box, and then again on 20th of every month for each renewal.
We take all major debit/credit cards, plus Google Pay.
No, once you’ve paid for your box we’ll prepare it and send it out, but as soon as you cancel you won’t get charged again.
It is a slightly long winded explanantion, but you're here now.
Just so there are no surprises:
When you sign up, your first payment of £45.00 is taken straight away. That covers your first Dropbag box, which is sent out immediately.
All subscriptions then renew on the 20th of each month, no matter when you first signed up.
That payment is for the next box, which ships on the 1st of the following month.
How this works when you first join:
If you sign up before the 18th, you’ll receive your first box straight away, then be charged again on the 20th for the next box (shipping on the 1st).
If you sign up between the 18th and 20th, you’ll still receive your first box straight away, but your next payment won’t be taken until the 20th of the following month.
This means your first two payments can sometimes be close together, but they’re always for two separate boxes.

Billing, Payments & Renewals
Your first box will arrive around a week or so after ordering. We pack and post within a couple of days, and send with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class (UK-wide) as standard.
Not yet, we’re keeping it close to home for now.
Double check with your neighbours and in any bins and sheds the postie might have hidden it safely in. Still nothing and more than a week has passed? Drop us a line and we’ll sort it.
Skipping, Pausing & Rescheduling
Yes - you can skip any box ahead of the 20th of the month. No limits, no fuss.
Absolutely. Take a break for a month or more, then unpause when you’re ready to lace up again.
Returns, Replacements & Issues
Snap a quick photo and contact us. We’ll get a replacement or refund sorted pronto.
Because boxes are personalised and perishable, we can’t take returns. But we’ll always put things right if something goes wrong.
Privacy & Comms
We keep it safe and never share it. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.
We’ll send updates about payments and when your box is posted, and the occasional bonus tip or offer.
