Billing, Payments & Renewals

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged straight away for your first box, and then again on 20th of every month for each renewal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major debit/credit cards, plus Google Pay.

If I cancel, do I get a refund?

No, once you’ve paid for your box we’ll prepare it and send it out, but as soon as you cancel you won’t get charged again.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my first box arrive?

Your first box will arrive around a week or so after ordering. We pack and post within a couple of days, and send with Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Which courier do you use?

Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class (UK-wide) as standard.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet, we’re keeping it close to home for now.

My delivery is late or missing - what should I do?

Double check with your neighbours and in any bins and sheds the postie might have hidden it safely in. Still nothing and more than a week has passed? Drop us a line and we’ll sort it.

Skipping, Pausing & Rescheduling

Can I skip just one box?

Yes - you can skip any box ahead of the 20th of the month. No limits, no fuss.

Can I pause for longer?

Absolutely. Take a break for a month or more, then unpause when you’re ready to lace up again.

Returns, Replacements & Issues

My box arrived damaged - help!

Snap a quick photo and contact us. We’ll get a replacement or refund sorted pronto.

Do you accept returns?

Because boxes are personalised and perishable, we can’t take returns. But we’ll always put things right if something goes wrong.

Privacy & Comms

How do you use my data?

We keep it safe and never share it. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.

What notifications will I get?

We’ll send updates about payments and when your box is posted, and the occasional bonus tip or offer.
